This spring and summer, The Square is uniting the community in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach with a full schedule of exciting happenings. Related Southeast has commenced sales for luxury condominium residence South Flagler House, which is coming soon to the West Palm Beach waterfront. Related Southeast has announced Class AA office developments East Tower and West Tower, presenting new renderings of the transformative mixed-use towers. The Square is introducing exciting new retail and restaurants to downtown West Palm Beach. Coming soon to 575 Rosemary, Tacombi will offer a lively neighborhood taqueria featuring freshly squeezed juices, tacos, beer and cocktails in a colorful space. Arriving on Rosemary Avenue in 2024, Maman will present a French-inspired café with a selection of baked goods and an elegant event space for the community.

Related Southeast is in the running for the 32^nd annual Providencia Award, which is offered by local nonprofit The Palm Beaches, acknowledging the hardworking teams that are making The Square and Hilton West Palm Beach the most compelling destinations in Palm Beach County. The community can cast their votes to select the winner of this year's award, which will be announced on May 23rd at Travel Rally Day, celebrating important contributions to Palm Beach County's local economy and tourism industry.

Now leasing within the heart of The Square, The Laurel presents a luxury residence combining a contemporary South Florida lifestyle with 38,000 square feet of resort-style amenities. Opening in May, The Laurel will offer residents one- to three-bedroom residences featuring stunning views of the Intracoastal, Atlantic Ocean and the cityscape, as well as luxurious two- to three-bedroom Penthouse Collection residences.

Earlier this year, Related Southeast brought together the South Florida community at Phillips Point to celebrate the construction milestones of office tower One Flagler. Related’s design and development team joined City of West Palm Beach Mayor Keith James, community partners, tenants, business leaders and members of the brokerage community for sunset hard hat tours of One Flagler, which is set to open later this year.
