One Flagler will be home to six new tenants when the Class A office building opens in 2024, including private equity firm GTCR and asset management firm Diameter Capital Partners. The latest group of new tenants will lease an additional 50,000 square feet total at One Flagler, which will become one of West Palm's largest commercial buildings. Designed by iconic architect David Childs, the state-of-the-art 25-story development will feature 270,000 square feet of office space, 4,100 square feet of retail space, and over 10,000 of indoor and outdoor upscale dining led by Estiatorio Milos by Costas Spiliadis.

On June 2nd, The Square and social justice-driven children's bookstore Rohi's Readery organized a Pride Month kick-off event with the help of nonprofits Transpire Help and Compass. From face painting and live music to photo opportunities and an all-ages LGBTQIA+ short film series, the West Palm community came together for an evening of fun and self-expression. Capping off the evening was the lighting of The Wishing Tree, with 100,000 rainbow-colored LED lights that illuminated the night in the name of love.
