This year, The Square is introducing exciting new retail and restaurants to downtown West Palm Beach. Now open at 360 Rosemary, Felice offers Tuscan-inspired fare and an Italian-driven wine list within a welcoming atmosphere. Headed by executive chef Roberto Maurizio, Felice transports guests to the Italian seaside with classic dishes made from the freshest ingredients. In spring, Design Within Reach will bring the brand's chic and modern furniture to The Square, from mid-century pieces to new innovations.

In partnership with the City of West Palm Beach, Related has commissioned a new public art installation at 25-story Class-A office building One Flagler. Artist Fred Eversley will create a sculptural installation titled Portals, his largest commission to date, featuring a constellation of eight parabolic shapes made from transparent, violet-colored polyurethane resin. Portals is inspired by the adjacent First Church of Christ, Scientist, which will be preserved in perpetuity as part of the project, and represents one of the most architecturally significant historic structures in West Palm Beach. Slated to be revealed in 2024, Portals will build upon Related's ongoing commitment to the arts and will be added to the City of West Palm Beach’s public art program, ArtLife WPB.

Related Southeast is proud to announce that Class-A office building 360 Rosemary has won in the Best Office/R&D Project category at the 2022 Structures Awards by South Florida Business Journal. The LEED Gold Core and Shell development was designed by renowned architecture firm Elkus Manfredi Architects and includes engineering by Leo A Daly, incorporating luxe features such as loft-style offices and conference rooms, lush terraces, a landscaped roofdeck and concierge services. With a focus on wellness and sustainability, 360 Rosemary has established a dynamic place to work, dine and shop in the West Palm community.

On September 13th, Related Southeast unveiled plans for new office development 515 Fern, located in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. 515 Fern will feature 456,000 square feet of office space and 15,000 square feet of retail, expected to become the largest office tower in downtown West Palm Beach once completed. 515 Fern will also add a new connecting road that will run parallel to the Brightline train station, as well as a partially covered walkway leading to nearby mixed-use center The Square, which will improve the pedestrian experience for workers and visitors.
