London-based artist Yinka Shonibare, CBE, brightens the neighborhood with a colorful sculpture

Representing the first-ever large-scale public and private collaboration for a world-renowned artist in West Palm Beach, Material (SG) II by British Nigerian artist Yinka Shonibare, CBE serves as the artistic anchor of 360 Rosemary. The colorful hand-painted fiberglass sculpture stands 20 feet tall and represents the notion of capturing the movement of wind and freezing it in a moment in time.

When it opens in 2024, Class A office development One Flagler will welcome six new tenants leasing a total of 50,000 square feet at the 25-story West Palm commercial space, including Chicago-based private equity firm GTCR and New York-based asset manager Diameter Capital Partners. Once complete, One Flagler will be one of the largest commercial buildings in West Palm Beach, featuring 270,000 square feet of office space, 4,100 square feet of retail space, over 10,000 of indoor and outdoor upscale dining and a public/private reading room.
