Our business ethics

We are committed to conducting our business fairly and honestly and our governance reflects our dedication to our broader vision for creating a legacy of positive social, economic and environmental impacts.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Building more inclusive communities

It is a bedrock belief of this organization that diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) are not only socially responsible, they are the foundation of a successful business.

We are focused on promoting wellness for people and our planet

Since developing one of the nation’s first LEED Gold residential buildings, we have been a market leader in environmentally conscious real estate development and operations. Here in West Palm, sustainable building is at the very core of what we do. Environmentally responsible design and construction and optimal building performance are essential attributes of a quality development and are evidence of our commitment to excellence.
