West Palm Beach, FL – November 12, 2021 – Related Companies today broke ground on One Flagler, a new 25-story, 275,00 square foot Class-A office building that will extend the Flagler waterfront greenbelt with 1.25 acres of green space, and commemorated the completion of 360 Rosemary, a 20-story 300,000 square foot Class A office building at the heart of the central business district.
