West Palm Beach’s esteemed Galley restaurant announces new appointments and elevated experiences

From newly appointed Chef D’Cuisine and general manager to new immersive wine series, the highly acclaimed restaurant rolls out new announcements.

Ranked the number one restaurant in West Palm Beach by TripAdvisor for 3 years in a row, Galley has become synonymous with quality cuisine, energetic ambiance and an exquisitely talented executive team. Celebrated for its lush outdoor patio, expansive fire pit, curated cocktail program and wood-burning grill flavors, the highly distinguished restaurant announces a multitude of updates to successfully kickstart 2023.

New Chef: Born in Massachusetts with Sicilian descents and having trained in France, Italy and Spain, Chef Nicholas V Salanitro is Galley's newly appointed Chef D’Cuisine. At 28 years old, Chef Nicco has been integral in a variety of Florida’s most respected kitchens including most recently at Elisabetta’s Ristorantè where he held the position of interim executive chef. New General Manager: At the helm of elevating Galley’s experience is newly appointed general manager Kristen Watson. An ambitious restaurateur with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry who joined the esteemed team from The Ray Hotel, The Ritz Carlton Fort Lauderdale and The Waldorf Astoria, she is focused on ensuring Galley is so much more than words on paper and dedicated to conceptualizing experiences that proudly continues to showcase the downtown favorite’s personality. New Brunch: Guests and visitors alike can enjoy an array of gourmet brunch dishes made-to-order and delivered to their table with the debut of its Bottomless Brunch. Priced at $50 per person with $20 add-on for bottomless beverages, guests will feast on the entire menu—as much as they’d like— served family-style. Dishes include a Parrilla station, chicken and waffles, breakfast pizza, pork belly and quail eggs, Aperol spritz flower tower, bottomless mimosas and Bloody Mary Bar where bottle service, fresh juices and tasty garnishes are brought to the table. New Wine Series: Kristen has enriched Galley’s wine menu with more than 30 new vintners across 12 different regions. As a nod to wine enthusiasts, Galley has launched an exclusive monthly, five-course pairing dinner series featuring chef cooking demonstrations alongside valued vintners including Hunneus Wines (Feb. 22) and Copper Cane Wine & Provisions (Mar. 29). Between Huneeus Wines’ wines from the Faust, Quintessa and Flowers Collections and Copper Cane’s Napa Valley Belle Glos and Quilt collection. From 6-9pm, the $150 per person experience includes live musician, romantic outdoor setting and representative from each wine brand to join for fun facts and lesson-driven dinner for true wine enthusiasts. Dine for a Cause: Dine for a Cause highlights local organizations raising awareness and funds every Thursday of select months with 10 percent of the proceeds donated to that month’s organization. In 2022, Hilton West Palm Beach raised over $46,500 for charitable organizations throughout Palm Beach County. The initiative was created to support the community while offering diners an opportunity to come together for a great meal and conversation. The line-up for 2023 is:
