Hilton West Palm Beach’s “Dine for a Cause” initiative extended through December 2022

Guests can experience an elevated dining experience with a portion of proceeds donated to a local organization each Thursday of every month.

Galley at Hilton West Palm Beach has extended its Dine for a Cause initiative that lends a helping hand to the community while offering diners a delicious meal through December 2022. First launched in August of 2021, the initiative was created to support the community while offering diners an opportunity to come together for a great meal and conversation.

“During these unique times we had the opportunity to reset and plan how we could spread awareness and act of kindness in our community. The Dine for a Cause fundraiser was started as a way to feature and bring awareness of multiple organizations and their needs while feeding our souls with great food and dining experiences,” said Derrick Steinour, director of sales and marketing, Hilton West Palm Beach.

Dine for a Cause highlights local organizations raising awareness and funds every Thursday of select months with 10 percent of the proceeds donated to that month’s organization. Since it’s inception, Hilton West Palm Beach has raised over $15,000 for charitable organizations throughout Palm Beach County. In February, the hotel raised over $5,000 for Quantum House, a caring and supportive home that lessens the burden for families whose children are receiving treatment in Palm Beach County for a serious medical condition.

Galley is a friendly and authentic grill house and bar nestled inside the beautiful Hilton West Palm Beach. Featuring the finest meats and freshest ingredients, enjoy a wide variety of specialty dishes, unique twists on classic fare and a dash of international cuisine. Executive Chef Guillermo Eleicegui highlights his Argentinian roots with bold flavors and techniques. From the lush outdoor patio and expansive fire pit to the artful dining room and wood burning grill flavors, this unforgettable experience awaits.
