Today, Related Southeast announces and unveils new renderings of their East and West Towers located in the heart of downtown West Palm. With demolition of the site starting this week, construction is expected to begin in 2024 and an estimated grand opening in 2026.

West Palm has become the northern anchor for the broad-based economic transformation of Southeast Florida and the two category-defying Class AA commercial office towers will further strengthen West Palm Beach’s office offering, allowing the city to continue to attract a growing roster of leading companies and the nation’s top talent.

East and West Towers combined will feature almost 1 million square feet inclusive of more than 60,000 square feet of ground-level retail and restaurant space and 40,000 square feet of programmable outdoor space. Both buildings have been designed to create a more sustainable and well-connected neighborhood that looks beyond the buildings and considers the entire community. East and West Towers will reduce energy consumption by 15 percent, and water consumption by at least 20 percent. The landscape that fills the public plaza around the buildings has been designed to reduce the need for potable water consumption by at least 50 percent through the selection of native and drought tolerant plants and efficient irrigation systems.

The two towers are the newest additions to Related’s signature Lifestyle Office collection, which redefines what it means to be in the office through world-class architecture and sustainable design, thoughtful amenities that cater to talent retention, and hospitality-driven programming from day to night in a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood.

Located at The Square, Related Companies’ vibrant mixed-use neighborhood and the most visited destination in downtown West Palm, tenants will be connected to the Brightline station, a diverse dining scene, lush walkable greenspaces, daily conveniences, outdoor fitness classes and more.

“Related Companies’ vision for downtown West Palm started more than 30 years ago and our confidence in the market strengthens each year, which is demonstrated by the launch of East and West Towers,” said Ken Himmel, CEO of Related Urban. “The caliber of design and modern amenities we’re combining will propel the city’s spot on the map for companies to call West Palm home, joining some of the biggest institutions in the world.”

East Tower
Inspired by trophy buildings in world financial centers, East Tower will be a bold statement by world-renowned Arquitectonica as a new center of gravity for business in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. The building will deliver private outdoor terraces on multiple floors, including its crown jewel rooftop amenity deck with a Sky Garden for indoor and outdoor activations. East Tower is designed to achieve the highest level of LEED Platinum certification and its architect of record is O’Donnell Dannwolf & Partners Architects Inc.

Influenced by the downtown towers that frame city squares with a sense of civic grandeur, West Tower is set to be an instant landmark designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox. Prominently located in the heart of The Square, the 480,000-square-foot building features a curved glass facade adorned with lush green terraces. Sprawling 22 stories high, West Tower boasts views of downtown from its floor to ceiling windows and private terraces with outdoor working spaces, alongside a rooftop amenity level and hospitality-driven concierge service.
