Today, Related Southeast, the West Palm Beach affiliate of Related Companies leading the revitalization of Downtown, announced that Field of Greens signed a lease to open at Phillips Point class A+ office building. The sixth location of the locally-based brand, co-owned by Hess Musallet and Myron “Mosie” Miller, and known for its fine-casual atmosphere serving fresh salads, wraps, smoothies and more, is expected to open this December.
Spanning approximately 3,000 square foot at the ground level of Phillips Point, the new location is a welcome addition to the Flagler Financial District and Downtown West Palm Beach. Field of Greens will serve breakfast and lunch to employees at surrounding Class A+ office buildings, including Esperanté and the highly anticipated One Flagler that is set to debut in late 2024.
“Field of Greens is strategically filling the void of quick and fresh cuisine for the area’s bustling on-the-go business community and aligns with our vision of providing wellness-driven amenities to our office employees,” said Jordan Rathlev, senior vice president at Related Southeast. “Each culinary concept within Related’s family of brands, from Harry’s first location outside of New York City at 360 Rosemary to Milos coming to One Flagler next year, is geared to meet the needs of West Palm’s community including locals, travelers and businesses alike.”
Nestled along Lakeview Avenue with views of the Intracoastal, patrons of Field of Greens at Phillips Point can expect its popular menu items like the Full of Life Salad, pesto chicken panini, chicken caesar wraps alongside vegan and gluten free options and curated coffee program with local roastery Floridian Coffee. Customers can order at the counter for takeout or for dining in at the restaurant, which has indoor and outdoor dining. The restaurant will also offer catering, grab-and-go items and delivery, which will be complimentary to Phillips Point employees. Field of Greens at Phillips Point will be open from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is located at 777 S Flagler Dr. Suite #108, West Palm Beach, FL 33401.
“We opened our first outpost with Related Companies in 2003 and are thrilled to continue expanding with our sixth location of Field of Greens at Phillips Point,” said Hess Musallet, co-owner of Field of Greens. “As we continue to expand in Palm Beach County, this location is special as we are able to serve fresh, health-conscious cuisine to Downtown West Palm Beach’s growing business community.” The addition of Field of Greens at Phillips Point furthers Related’s culinary strategy in Downtown West Palm Beach. Recently additions in the Related portfolio include: the first and only locations of Harry’s, Adrienne’s Pizzabar and Felice outside of New York City at 360 Rosemary and Estiatorio Milos to open at One Flagler next year. This growing culinary destination, complements Related’s vibrant class A+ lifestyle office buildings that are ushering in the future of work with ultra-premium hospitality driven experiences, including wellness-focused design, and an ability to foster heightened levels of employee engagement.
