Today, Related Southeast, the West Palm Beach affiliate of Related Companies leading the revitalization of Downtown, announced that Field of Greens signed a lease to open at Phillips Point class A+ office building. The sixth location of the locally-based brand, co-owned by Hess Musallet and Myron “Mosie” Miller, and known for its fine-casual atmosphere serving fresh salads, wraps, smoothies and more, is expected to open this December.
Spanning approximately 3,000 square foot at the ground level of Phillips Point, the new location is a welcome addition to the Flagler Financial District and Downtown West Palm Beach. Field of Greens will serve breakfast and lunch to employees at surrounding Class A+ office buildings, including Esperanté and the highly anticipated One Flagler that is set to debut in late 2024.

Nestled along Lakeview Avenue with views of the Intracoastal, patrons of Field of Greens at Phillips Point can expect its popular menu items like the Full of Life Salad, pesto chicken panini, chicken caesar wraps alongside vegan and gluten free options and curated coffee program with local roastery Floridian Coffee. Customers can order at the counter for takeout or for dining in at the restaurant, which has indoor and outdoor dining. The restaurant will also offer catering, grab-and-go items and delivery, which will be complimentary to Phillips Point employees. Field of Greens at Phillips Point will be open from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is located at 777 S Flagler Dr. Suite #108, West Palm Beach, FL 33401.
