West Palm Beach’s largest fitness & wellness festival, District Fit, returns to The Square and Hilton West Palm Beach for its 7th edition on Saturday, March 9 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. This highly anticipated annual event promises a day of mindful movement, featuring a diverse array of complimentary and donation-based programming tailored to elevate mind, body and spirit. For the second consecutive year, net proceeds from the event will benefit Digital Vibez, a non-profit organization empowering youth in underserved communities through dance fitness, technology, and the arts.

Attendees can immerse themselves in a variety of wellness activities including yoga, cardio dance, HIIT, cycling and family classes, led by over 12 elite instructors from renowned studios such as F45, MVMNT, 1 Fitness, SoulCycle and lululemon among others. Full programming details include:

District Fit is open to individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Attendees are encouraged to register early and secure their spots for the various activities.
Following the full-day fitness festival, attendees are invited to lean into a relaxed state-of-mind during Lazy Sundays at the Hilton West Palm Beach. On Sunday, March 10, from 1-5pm, locals and visitors can take a dip in the newly renovated resort-style pool while enjoying live DJ entertainment and a specially-curated menu from La Playa, the poolside bar and grill.
