Related Companies breaks ground on South Flagler House in West Palm Beach

Related Companies today held a groundbreaking ceremony for South Flagler House, an unparalleled luxury residential development in the Palm Beaches featuring exquisite design by the renowned Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), interiors by the acclaimed firm, Pembrooke & Ives, and spectacular waterfront views. Located along the Gold Coast in West Palm Beach at 1355 South Flagler Drive, South Flagler House is Related Companies’ first luxury residential condominium in the state. The development continues Related Companies’ longstanding partnership with RAMSA, which spans more than two decades and 17 buildings across the country.

Related Companies’ groundbreaking is taking place after the firm purchased the development site in August 2023 and launched sales shortly thereafter in November. RAMSA’s design features two, 28-story towers rising from a base lined with stepped gardens. South Flagler House’s elegant design blends with the timeless character of Palm Beach, while celebrating a prime waterfront location in West Palm Beach, providing permanent unobstructed views of the Intracoastal, Palm Beach Island and Atlantic Ocean.
